Where are you located?

We’re located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Interac e-Transfer (through your Online Banking).

We currently do not accept credit cards as form of payment.

I placed and order online.  Where is my email conformation?

Order confirmations usually take up to 30min from the time of order.  In some occasions it ends up in spam folders.  Please contact us immediately if you cant find it.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to cancel your order.  Please contact us immediately.

Shipping

Who do you use for shipping?

Currently we are using Canada Post shipping for Canada nationwide.

Shipping times are 1-7 business days.

Can I make delivery requests?

We can not guarantee shipping requests but we will try to accomodate the best of our capabilities.

How do I track my package?

Your tracking info will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been processed.

Incorrect address on order.  Can I change it?

If the order has not been processed, it may still be possible to change it.  Contact us as soon as you notice the error.  We may be able to make the correction before it has been shipped.
