Dispatch, tracking and packaging
Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST ship the same business day. Anything after that goes out the next business day.
Every parcel ships with tracking, and we send a tracking number by email once your order leaves. Orders go out in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside.
Delivery estimates are business days counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order, and they exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Where we ship
We ship across Canada only, to every province and territory. Because your order never crosses a border there is no customs clearance and no import delay, which is the main reason ordering domestically is faster than buying from an overseas seller.
We do not currently ship outside Canada.
