Kratom Temple has been popping up in Canadian kratom conversations lately, and readers keep asking us the same two questions. Is Kratom Temple legit? And how does it stack up against the established shops? So we did what we always do for these pieces: went through the site top to bottom, read every policy, checked the third-party footprint, and compared what we found against the rest of the Canadian kratom market. Here’s our honest review of Kratom Temple, with the usual disclosure that they compete with us and you should weigh that as you read.
Who Kratom Temple Is
Kratom Temple is an online-only Canadian kratom vendor at kratomtemple.ca. No storefront, no local pickup, just web orders shipped across the country via Canada Post with tracking. The shop sells kratom powders and capsule versions of the same strains, plus blends and a build-your-own kilogram option that lets you mix strains into one bulk order. Notably, there are no extracts on the menu, which in our books counts as a point in their favour given how much of the industry’s trouble concentrates in that category.
The strain list leans heavily red. Super Red Maeng Da, Borneo Red Vein, Kapuas Hulu, Red Dragon, Red Elephant, and Original Bali anchor the relaxation end, with Super Green Maeng Da carrying the energize side and white vein and blend categories rounding things out. Pricing runs from about $11 for a small bag up to roughly $173 at the kilogram end, which lands mid-range for Canadian kratom, and an automatic 20% discount on orders over $60 was running when we checked.
Ordering, Payment, and Shipping
The buying experience is standard for the market and clearly explained, which we appreciate. Payment is Interac e-Transfer with auto-deposit, and they also claim credit card processing, which is unusual in this industry and worth a raised eyebrow since card networks generally refuse kratom merchants. E-transfer remains the sensible way to pay here, as it is everywhere in the Canadian kratom market.
Orders placed before 2pm PST are processed and shipped the same day, a later cutoff than most competitors offer. Three delivery speeds are available: an economical standard option that can take up to two weeks to remote areas, a mid-range expedited tier, and an express tier that typically lands in one to three business days. Packaging is plain and unbranded with no mention of kratom on the box. Returns are accepted on unopened products within 30 days, though watch the details: original shipping isn’t refunded, and a wrong address costs you a $14 Canada Post retrieval fee.
One operational note. Support is email-only, through a ProtonMail address. That’s workable, but there’s no phone and no chat, so a shipping problem gets solved at email speed. We’d also note their red vein range was showing a temporary sold-out banner during our research, so stock depth on the most popular category looks thinner than at bigger shops.
The Quality Question
Kratom Temple describes its products as single-origin Mitragyna speciosa sourced from Southeast Asia, with every batch independently lab tested for heavy metals and microbial contaminants and an alkaloid profile confirming mitragynine content before listing. Those are exactly the right claims to make. What we couldn’t find is the paperwork: no published certificates of analysis on the site at the time of writing. That doesn’t mean the lab testing isn’t happening, and plenty of vendors share results on request rather than posting them. But it does mean you should email for the batch COA before a large order, the same standard we’d apply to any kratom brand, ourselves included. Our guide to reading a kratom COA covers what the document should show.
What Other Customers Say
Third-party customer reviews are thin, and there’s a reason worth understanding. Trustpilot has removed the Kratom Temple profile entirely, which sounds alarming until you know that Trustpilot removes kratom vendors as a category under its restricted-products guidelines, so the absence tells you more about Trustpilot than about this particular kratom vendor. Reddit chatter on the Canadian kratom subs is sparse but not negative, mostly early adopters reporting normal deliveries. On-site reviews and the order-notification popups are positive, but house reviews are house reviews. The honest summary is that the customer feedback record is short, not bad, which is typical for a newer kratom brand still building its base.
How It Compares
Against the established Canadian shops, Kratom Temple’s pitch is convenience and price: a late same-day cutoff, an aggressive volume discount, a rewards program that pays a point per dollar with redemptions capped at 300 points per order, and a tidy powder and capsule lineup without extract clutter. What it hasn’t yet shown is the track record and published verification that the top of the market runs on. If you order there, start small, ask for the COA, and pay by e-transfer. For where we’d rank it against every shop we’ve reviewed, see our best kratom vendors in Canada roundup, and for the standard we think all vendors should meet, our own lab-tested strains show their testing on every batch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Kratom Temple legit?
It appears to be a real Canadian operation with real product quality claims, clear policies, and normal deliveries reported. Legit and proven aren’t the same thing though. The short public track record and unpublished lab results keep it in the promising-but-verify category.
Does Kratom Temple sell high-quality kratom?
The sourcing and testing claims are the right ones, and pricing suggests mid-market positioning rather than bargain-bin leaf. Without published certificates we can’t independently grade the quality of the products, so request batch results before buying in volume.
What strains does Kratom Temple carry?
A red-heavy lineup including Super Red Maeng Da and Original Bali for relaxation, Super Green Maeng Da on the energetic side, plus whites, blends, and powder and capsule options across the range.
How fast is shipping?
Same-day dispatch on orders before 2pm PST, then one to three business days on express or up to two weeks on the free standard tier to remote areas.
Our Verdict
This review of Kratom Temple lands where our research did: a promising newer entry in the Canadian kratom market with genuinely good logistics, fair pricing, and the right quality claims, held back by a short track record and lab testing you have to take on faith until you ask for the paperwork. Order small, verify, and it’s a reasonable shop to try. And whoever you buy from, keep applying that same standard. The vendors who welcome the question are the ones worth keeping.
